We are currently looking for a Procurement Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to support a high-performing procurement function, managing supplier data, processing purchase orders and helping ensure smooth, efficient supply chain operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update supplier information, including contact details, pricing agreements, and performance records.
- Assist in the preparation of Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs), circulating them to potential suppliers.
- Track and expedite orders, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any supply chain issues or delays.
- Generate procurement reports, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
- Support the negotiation of favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a procurement or supply chain department.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task completion.
- Knowledge of procurement principles and practices is a plus.
