Why This Role Matters

This role plays an important part in strengthening customer relationships across EMEA by delivering engaging activation plans, meaningful communications, and commercially effective campaigns. Working closely with sales, central teams, and external partners, you will help increase customer loyalty, support product adoption, and create a consistent brand experience across all channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver customer activation and promotional plans aligned to sales and performance goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics, recommending improvements and optimisations where needed.
  • Partner with sales teams to create and localise presentations, sales materials, and customer-facing content.
  • Coordinate the planning, delivery, and tracking of customer assets and promotional materials.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives including newsletters, events, incentive programmes, and tailored communications.
  • Prepare campaign analysis and ROI reporting to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Manage activation budgets and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of activities.

  • Experience in B2B marketing, customer engagement, brand activation, events, or a related field.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
