Why This Role Matters

As part of the EMEA IT Retail team, you’ll help shape and improve the digital solutions that support our retail business and franchise partners across the region.

You’ll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to make processes simpler, systems more effective, and solutions fit for evolving business needs.

This is an opportunity to build expertise across retail processes, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and wider IT solutions while contributing to continuous improvement in an international environment.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Support franchise partners and business users in the effective use and continuous improvement of Goodyear’s retail solutions.
  • Analyse and optimise business processes across areas such as sales, purchasing, service, inventory and finance.
  • Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements, process documentation and functional specifications.
  • Support solution testing, including unit and integration testing, and contribute to release and deployment activities.
  • Investigate and resolve system and process issues, working with internal teams and development partners where required.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and colleagues across EMEA to drive standardization, process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Contribute to IT retail initiatives and projects while building strong knowledge of the solutions and processes you support.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • A Degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including administration and configuration; experience with Business Central Online and the Business Central API and third-party integrations is a plus.
  • Experience in AL development is seen as beneficial.
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL, ideally including Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, as well as a basic understanding of system architecture.
  • Experience with software testing, release management, and development teams, ideally within an Agile environment such as Scrum.
  • Good scripting skills, such as Power Shell; experience of the Power Platform, or web technologies like Java Script, CSS, HTML is advantageous.
  • Structured, analytical, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent English, with a willingness to travel within EMEA.
  • Retail or automotive retail experience is a plus.
