We have an exciting opportunity available for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer based close to the Lutterworth area. The position is working with an internationally respected manufacturer who has multiple sites across the UK. The role offers further development, training and upskilling, supported with an excellent salary of £57,000+.
What's on offer as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer:
- Week 1 Days (Monday – Thursday) – 05:50 – 18:00
- Week 2 Nights (Monday – Thursday) – 17:50 – 06:00
- Week 3 Days (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) 6:00 – 18:00 and Saturday 6:00 – 15:00
- Salary of circa £57,000+
- Pension match up to 8%

Key responsibilities of Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- Responsible for Electrical and Mechanical breakdowns, fault finding & repairing manufacturing machinery – Process control Systems, conveyors, presses, extruders, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, inverters and safety circuits.
- Implementing & supporting rapid breakdown fault finding & rectification.
- Assisting with the focused improvement team.
- Experience with basic fault finding on PLCs.
What you need to apply for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer experience, recognised multi skilled / electrical apprenticeship, City & Guilds, BTEC etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot & repair equipment & machinery.
- Experience of working within a maintenance capacity as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer in a production environment.
- This position will suit Engineers from a Mechanical or Electrical background.
