The Maintenance Engineer vacancy is with a market-leading manufacturing firm based in the South Cerney area of Swindon. The position offers excellent opportunities for training and career development. The client has large CAPEX and investment budgets.

What’s in it for you as a Maintenance Engineer?
- Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights) 5am-5pm
- Salary: Up to £63,500 with annual pay increases
- Holiday: 33 days (Pro Rata)
- Overtime: at 1.5x and 2x
- Annual KPI Production Bonus: 10%

Main Duties & Responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer include:
- Providing plant-wide maintenance service, departmental support, and repairs to ensure that all production targets are maintained – maintaining factory manufacturing machinery.
- Monitoring & supporting engineering of machine set-up & changeovers to ensure product quality and efficient changeovers.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship & Qualification or equivalent, e.g., NVQ, City and Guilds, ONC, BTEC or above – Mechanical or Electrical.
- High degree of Health & Safety awareness.
- Ability to fault find, repair, and provide solutions to problems.
- Previous maintenance engineering experience or qualifications.
