This Trainee Mechanical Technician role will offer the successful candidate the chance to undergo comprehensive training and development to become a skilled engineer in the coming years. E3 Recruitment are proudly working with a Huddersfield based employer who are currently searching for a Trainee Mechanical Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. This employer is Huddersfield based and is easily commutable from Halifax, Bradford and Wakefield.
For the Trainee Mechanical Technician role, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess the following:
- Previous experience working in a hands-on, similar environment in a position such as Assembly Fitter, Service Engineer Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Production operative or equivalent
- Good hands-on skills, with the ability to effectively use hand, power and air tools
- The ability to read, interpret and work from engineering drawings
- The willingness to undergo internal & external training in order to develop skills and obtain qualifications
Details of the Trainee Mechanical Technician include:
- Starting Salary: £26,000.00 – £28,000.00 depending on previous experience (increasing in the future as training progresses)
