With over 50 years of industry experience, this business designs and manufactures high-performance engineering solutions for some of the world’s most demanding markets.

Key Responsibilities of the IT Support Technician.

  • Deliver day-to-day IT support to users across the business.
  • Resolve hardware, software, and system issues in a timely manner.
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 and user accounts.
  • Assist with the maintenance of IT infrastructure, servers, and virtual environments.
  • Monitor systems, security tools, and ensure devices remain up to date.
  • Support business applications, reporting tools, and network connectivity.

Working hours of the IT Support Technician.

  • Monday- Thursday: 08:00-16:45
  • Friday: 08:00-13:30

For the IT Support Technician role, I would be keen to speak to individuals who possess.

  • Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or IT Technician role.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
  • Good understanding of Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

In Return, the IT Support Technician will receive.

  • Basic Salary: £30,000-£34,000 (Dependent upon experience)
  • Early finish on a Friday
  • 33 days annual leave
  • Access to health care cash plan.
