The Opportunity As a Senior HSE Advisor, you’ll provide expert guidance to managers and site teams, helping to strengthen Health, Safety and Environmental performance across the operation. You’ll support a proactive HSE culture through audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations, while providing practical Health, Safety and Environmental advice.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide HSE advice and guidance to managers, supervisors and operational teams.
- Lead audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
- Support risk assessments, incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Analyse incident trends and recommend Health, Safety and Environmental improvements.
- Support HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA and Management of Change activities.
- Manage contractor requirements, inductions and site audits.
- Deliver Health, Safety and Environmental training and support behavioural safety initiatives.
- Assist with COMAH, environmental permitting and statutory compliance.
- Support emergency preparedness and maintain relationships with relevant authorities.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a safety role on a COMAH site.
- Strong knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, auditing and risk management.
- Experience with process safety studies such as HAZOP, HAZID or LOPA.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
