We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Technical Account Manager to join a growing and well-established organisation. This role is ideal for a Technical Account Manager who is passionate about supporting clients, delivering excellent account management, and enjoys hands-on involvement with equipment, including servicing and technical support.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and strengthening customer relationships, while providing technical expertise across service visits, technical service delivery, and account management within the Laundry Division.
Key Responsibilities for Technical Account Manager:
- Manage, develop, and enhance customer relationships across designated accounts
- Carry out service repairs on company equipment while monitoring quality and cost
- Effectively manage and grow new and existing client relationships
- Achieve agreed sales targets for assigned accounts
- Promote additional services, demonstrating strong knowledge of equipment and servicing requirements
- Provide technical support to meet business objectives and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support the acquisition of new accounts and deliver training to customers and colleagues
- Monitor and improve commercial performance, ensuring account summaries are accurate and up to date
Requirements & Qualifications for Technical Account Manager:
- Ability to travel throughout the Northeast and Central Scotland, with overnight stays as required
- The ability to work autonomously and be motivated to build strong customer relationships.
- Experience within the commercial laundry industry and/or strong knowledge of equipment and servicing requirements with an understanding of electrical and mechanical components is desirable.
