37.5 hrs working week, overtime paid at a premium, job security and on-going development are just a few perks that the Plasma Machine Operator will receive whilst working for this growing manufacturing business. Due to organic growth, we are recruiting for a Plasma Machine Operator to join this well-established manufacturing organisation. The company is based in Rotherham, offering easy access from surrounding towns and cities such as Barnsley, Chesterfield, Doncaster and Sheffield.
Working Hours of the Plasma Machine Operator Monday to Friday: 3 shifts - a week of each after initial training on days. 37.5 hours working week.
In return, the successful Plasma Machine Operator will receive:
- £14.00 per hour on days/afters
- £18.48 on nights
- Regular overtime available (paid at 150%)
- Permanent Position after 3 months probation
- Ongoing development and training from Day 1
- Branded Uniform
Ideally, the successful Plasma Machine Operator will have:
- Worked on a Plasma 400amp CNC Machine
- Be able to cut parts out of steel plates - 6mm to 50mm
- Knowledge of H+S within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Be used to working to production schedules
