Duties
- Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Identify correct components accurately first time
- Act as escalation point for technical queries
- Support colleagues with complex identification
- Produce quotations and follow enquiries through
- Liaise with engineering and technical functions

- Maintain electronic catalogue accuracy
