Due to growth and Increased orders, we are seeking a Project Co- Ordinator for a leading precision engineering company, serving industries such as Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage and Chemical Processing with critical components from multiple global locations including 4 UK sites. This opportunity is based in Huddersfield, meaning the Project Co- Ordinator will be able to commute from surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities of the Project Co- Ordinator will include Project Management: Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules, ensure deadlines are met, and identify project changes. Meetings: Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, document actions and decisions, and prepare presentation materials. Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is maintained, control and manage documents, and liaise with Document Controllers and the quality department. Support: Provide administrative support, undertake project tasks, and assist in delivering project strategies. Risk Management: Assess project risks and issues, provide solutions, and ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. Compliance: Adhere to company processes, procedures, and health and safety rules, and assist in continuous improvement of document control processes.
