The Engineering Maintenance Team Leader vacancy is working with a PLC listed and market-leading manufacturing group at a world-class facility. The new flagship factory offers fantastic company benefits such as pension match of up to 10%, premium overtime available, plus extensive accredited OEM training and personal development opportunities, with a route through to Engineering Management roles.

What’s in it for you as Engineering Team Leader:

  1. Basic salary circa £57k and up to £65K OTE per annum, plus bonus, plus premium overtime.

  3. Hours of work: Days and Nights, 6am to 6pm, 6pm to 6am, 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
  4. OEM Training and career development, including health and safety training, management training (ILM), IOSH, cross-skilling, and upskilling.

  6. The ability to work within a skilled team of engineers permanently.

Experience and Qualifications Required for Engineering Team Leader:

  1. Engineering qualified; City & Guilds, ONC, BTEC Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance.
  2. Strong Health and Safety awareness.
  3. Previous experience as a Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Engineering Planner, or Lead Engineer.
  4. Previous experience of undertaking maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  5. Previous experience of the development and application of PPM activities.
