The Engineering Maintenance Team Leader vacancy is working with a PLC listed and market-leading manufacturing group at a world-class facility. What’s in it for you as Engineering Team Leader:
- Basic salary circa £57k and up to £65K OTE per annum, plus bonus, plus premium overtime.

- Hours of work: Days and Nights, 6am to 6pm, 6pm to 6am, 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.

Experience and Qualifications Required for Engineering Team Leader:
- Engineering qualified; City & Guilds, ONC, BTEC Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance.
- Strong Health and Safety awareness.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Engineering Planner, or Lead Engineer.
- Previous experience of undertaking maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience of the development and application of PPM activities.
