About the Role
- Providing a high level of maintenance service across the site, responding quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
- Completing planned maintenance and regular equipment checks to improve reliability and performance.
- Identifying and remedying recurring issues and faults, and supporting predictive maintenance strategies.
- Supporting the wider engineering team on site improvement projects and proactively looking for new, improved ways of working.
About You
- Apprentice-trained (electrical or mechanical), preferably with HNC/ONC, or equivalent engineering experience.
- Experience of planned and reactive maintenance, ideally gained in a food, drink, or FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Strong fault-finding skills across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Proactive approach.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
