Business Analyst required for a leading manufacturing group driving digital transformation and process improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forwardâthinking organisation where technology and data play a key role in operational success. Working within the wider IT team, you will lead the development and maintenance of business applications, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable across multiple sites. Based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, this role is easily commutable from Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford, Wakefield, and Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms
- Excellent problemâsolving abilities and a methodical, detailâoriented approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastâpaced environment
