The Role Take ownership of day-to-day production operations, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Lead and develop supervisors and shop floor teams to create a high-performing culture. Drive production planning, resource management and continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with projects, design, quality, finance and HR teams to ensure successful delivery.
