Facilities Maintenance Manager required for a Global Engineering and Manufacturing leader, with multiple worldwide locations employing 1000 + staff and is renowned for quality and innovative deliverables. The successful Facilities Maintenance Manager will be easily able to commute to HUDDERSFIELD from surrounding towns & cities, including Leeds, Dewsbury, Halifax, Wakefield and Brighouse. Key Responsibilities of the Facilities Maintenance Manager will include: Responsible for the Day to day managing of facilities contractors to ensure the correct documentation is in place, permits issued and they understand the scope of work. Prioritise and manage workload on facilities Support the Facilities projects and energy manager with day-to-day management of all facilities tasks, on site. Ensure speedy and efficient response to issues as they arise Update internal departments on the progress of building repairs and compliance testing and certification.
