This is a varied, hands-on role where you ll be at the heart of a busy workshop and field service operation, coordinating engineers, managing customer requirements and ensuring servicing, repairs and breakdowns are completed efficiently. Coordinate servicing, repairs, breakdowns and emergency call-outs. Manage work schedules and react to changing priorities. Keep customers updated on job progress and completion times. Coordinate vehicle/equipment collections and deliveries. Maintain accurate job, quotation and parts records. Liaise with engineers, customers, suppliers and internal departments.
