Your Responsibilities
- Lead daily engineering operations, ensuring effective task allocation and team performance.
- Work as part of a dynamic team to improve plant uptime, and reduce breakdowns.
- Oversee and deliver engineering improvement initiatives alongside central support teams.
- Working on plant equipment such as conveyors, extruders, wire cutters, kilns, packaging machines and robots.
- Drive best practice in preventative maintenance and asset reliability.
What We Are Looking For
- Time-served Engineering Apprenticeship or BTEC & NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Engineering or related field.
- Background in engineering supervision or team leadership within a manufacturing/industrial setting.
- Strong grasp of PPM systems, fault finding, and continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High level of health & safety awareness.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
