A well-established and nationally renowned manufacturer based in Shipley is looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to join its Sales team on a temporary, ongoing basis.
This is a long-term opportunity, with the contract expected to continue well into 2027, making the Customer Account Coordinator position ideal for someone looking for stability while gaining further experience within a busy sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal with customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing a professional and helpful service
- Prepare quotations, primarily for Spares customers, and process customer orders
- Manage customer correspondence and follow up enquiries to ensure customers receive a timely response
- Complete general administration duties, maintaining accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met
What’s on offer to the Customer Account Coordinator
- £15.74 per hour
- 37.5 hours per week
- Admin-Flexi working pattern Monday to Thursday core hours of 9:30am-12:00pm and 2:00pm-3:00pm
- Friday core hours of 9:30am-1:00pm, with an early finish once the 37.5 hours have been completed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in administration, customer service or sales, ideally involving telephone and email communication
- Excellent communication skills with good written and verbal English
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
The Customer Account Coordinator role is based in Shipley and is easily accessible from Bradford, Leeds, Bingley, Keighley and the surrounding areas.
