CNC Turner vacancy available with a fast-growing, excitingly evolving sub-contract machining company that offers competitive annual salaries, 33 holidays, frequent overtime and the chance to work on high-end projects for various industries, including Military Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Medical Devices and Renewable Energy.
Following a recent change to their organizational structure, this employer is now experiencing an increased workload, in order to cope with this and maintain their service levels, this employer is actively searching for a fully skilled CNC Turner to join their team on a permanent basis.
For the CNC Turner position, we are actively searching for individuals who:
- IDEAL NOT ESSENTIAL – Possess formal qualifications within Mechanical Engineering or Machining (Apprenticeship, NVQ/BTEC/City & Guilds Level 3, HNC, HND or equivalent)
- Are Skilled Machinists with the ability to program CNC Lathes from scratch with any machine control or CAD/CAM software
- Have the ability to work independently and capability of working directly from engineering drawings to complete Turning operations
Working Hours of the CNC Turner:
40 Per week spread across a day shift pattern
- Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 15:00
- Friday 07:00 to 12:00
Details of the CNC Turner position:
- Annual Salary: Up to £36,192.00 (£17.40 per hour)
- Overtime Frequently Available
- Holiday Allowance: 33 Days including bank holidays
- Statutory Pension Scheme
