Shift Pattern: 4 on/ 2 off (rotating (Apply online only) / (Apply online only)) About the Role: Reporting to the Engineering Maintenance Manager, you'll be delivering a high level of engineering support to improve reliability and minimise downtime. As Maintenance Engineer, some of your key responsibilities will include: Delivering planned and reactive maintenance across plant equipment and systems. Responding quickly to breakdowns, carrying out repairs to a high standard. Proactively looking for long-term engineering solutions, with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Working closely with production teams and engineering colleagues to identify recurring faults and improve reliability. Ensuring all work is carried out in line with HSE standards. About You: Recognised engineering apprenticeship (electrical or mechanical) or equivalent qualifications (eg, HNC/HND in appropriate engineering discipline). Experience of working in a maintenance engineer position, ideally in a food, drink, or fast paced manufacturing environment. PLC fault finding experience (preferred). Able to work with colleagues at all levels in engineering, operations and other departments. Positive approach to team work and comfortable challenging the status-quo to deliver improvements.
