Location: St Helens
Salary: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour + Overtime
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm (3:30pm finish on Fridays)
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Auto Electricians to join our busy vehicle conversion workshop. You will be responsible for high-quality electrical installations on a variety of vehicles, including cars and commercial vehicles.
Key Responsibilities of the Auto Electrician:
Install and wire auxiliary equipment such as beacons, lightbars, CCTV, ANPR, inverters, and solar batteries.
Fault-find and repair 12v/24v systems and wiring looms.
Work from diagrams to deliver bespoke, high-quality installations.
Liaise with internal departments such as designers and fabricators to ensure project completionRequirements:
Minimum of 3 years\’ auto electrician experience (HGV, LCV, PSV, or commercial vehicles).
Confident with both standard and bespoke electrical installs
Strong fault-finding skills with 12v/24v systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:
Competitive pay: £15-16 per hour plus regular overtime.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays (3 days saved for Christmas).
Early finish on Fridays.
