This exciting Production Technician opportunity is based on the South Coast in Littlehampton, working with a Globally Leading Chemical manufacturer. The company operates worldwide, supplying raw materials to various industries. This site specialises in developing and manufacturing agricultural, crop protection, and pest control chemicals. Key Responsibilities of the Production Technician Prepare, sterilise, and set up the fermentation vessels while ensuring all necessary health and safety, and process checks are completed. Operate and maintain a range of production and utility equipment, such as vessels, centrifuges, filters, boilers, compressors, generators, chillers, and effluent holding tanks. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, escalating them as necessary, and perform process equipment maintenance. The Production Technician will support the Fermentation Supervisor in daily operational tasks.
