Your future sphere of activity: Consulting, developing and implementing holistic service processes is your world. You analyze your customers' service processes, develop functional solution concepts, and coordinate all further processes between customers, project team, and partners throughout the project. Together with customers, you will implement and expand SAP service solutions in conjunction with the latest service products in the CX environment. As a Product Owner, you understand your customers' requirements and implement them in the SAP CX Cloud. You conduct training courses and workshops and prepare for them afterwards. Occasionally, in addition to your duties as a consultant, you will also take on the responsibilities of a project manager. Your talent: Consulting is your business: You work independently as part of an agile team and inspire your customers every day – whether remotely or on-site. You are bursting with enthusiasm when it comes to digitalization and new technologies. You have several years of experience in advising on holistic service processes, ideally in conjunction with one or more of the SAP service products (such as SAP CS, SAP CRM OnPremise (Service), SAP FSM, SAP Service Cloud or S/4 HANA Service). You are a reliable team player, open to new ideas and always committed to the task at hand. You moderate workshops effectively and can present them well. You are confident, convincing and have strong communication skills in English.
