We are looking for a skilled and energetic Barista & Mocktail Mixologist to craft high-quality coffee beverages and creative non-alcoholic drinks. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, has a strong understanding of drink preparation, and thrives in a fast-paced café or hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) and teas to high standards
- Create innovative and visually appealing mocktails using fresh ingredients, syrups, and garnishes
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar, coffee station, and equipment
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
- Handle cash/card transactions accurately
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience as a barista and/or mocktail maker (preferred)
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
