We are seeking a talented and experienced Indian Curry Chef. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee food production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and special offerings.
- Ensure all food served aligns with health and safety guidelines, including HACCP protocols.
- Assist in serving guests when required, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.

Experience:
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Supervising experience in a culinary context is highly desirable.
