We are recruiting for an established independent Japanese restaurant brand operating across multiple locations in the UK. I am looking for passionate, skilled, and dedicated Chefs de Partie with previous experience in Japanese cuisine to join the growing kitchen teams. What’s in it for you? * Birthday Off * Additional Paid Holiday * Training & Career Development: * Supportive Team Culture * Family & Friends Discounts * Paid Volunteering Day * Recognition & Rewards * Team Celebrations Key Responsibilities * Take full responsibility for your allocated kitchen section, ensuring consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation. * Prepare and cook Japanese and Japanese-inspired dishes in accordance with established recipes and standard operating procedures. * Manage stock levels, ordering, portion control, and waste reduction. * Follow HACCP principles and all relevant food safety, hygiene, allergen control, and health and safety procedures. * Support and guide junior chefs and kitchen porters where required. * Follow company policies, kitchen procedures, and equipment safety requirements. Skills and Experience Required * Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a more senior kitchen role is essential. * Minimum of three years’ experience in Japanese cuisine is required. * Good understanding of preparation planning, service execution, stock control, and closing procedures. * A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for Japanese cuisine.
