e2egroup is partnering with a leading organisation in the food manufacturing industry to recruit a Multi‐Skilled Engineer. This role offers the chance to work with modern production equipment and play a key role in maintaining operational excellence.
We are looking for a Multi‐Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support production and packaging operations within a food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to breakdowns
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults
- Maintain production and packaging equipment including mixers, pumps, fillers, conveyors, pasteurisers, and labelling machinery
- Fault‐find on single and three‐phase electrical systems and PLCs
- Ensure compliance with BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, and UK Health & Safety standards
- Support continuous improvement and installation of new equipment
- Essential: Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds / BTEC or equivalent)
- Experience as a Multi‐Skilled Engineer in a Food Manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault‐finding skills
- Experience with high‐speed production and packaging machinery
- Willingness to work shifts and attend call‐outs
