Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle – from bid handover through design, manufacturing, and final delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cost control.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including design engineering, production, procurement, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within engineering, manufacturing, or OEM environments.
- Strong knowledge of complex mechanical equipment, ideally pumps or rotating equipment.
- Demonstrated experience delivering high‑value, technically complex projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness, including budget control and contract management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) desirable.
