Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across the full lifecycle – from bid handover through design, manufacturing, and final delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cost control.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams including design engineering, production, procurement, and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within engineering, manufacturing, or OEM environments.
  • Strong knowledge of complex mechanical equipment, ideally pumps or rotating equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering high‑value, technically complex projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including budget control and contract management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) desirable.
