Our newly refurbished Leeds facility, the Advanced Pump Design and Manufacturing Centre of Excellence, designs, builds and delivers bespoke pumping solutions for some of the world’s most demanding applications. The pumps operate in environments where failure isn’t an option – from energy, oil & gas, chemicals, water, nuclear and heavy industry – serving global customers who expect absolute precision, reliability and performance.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to take ownership of planning and scheduling across large, complex engineering projects with long lead times, multiple workstreams and many moving parts. You’ll be at the heart of the project lifecycle, building and maintaining detailed schedules that align engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing and delivery.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop, maintain and control end‑to‑end project schedules using MS Project
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure plans are realistic, integrated and achievable
  • Manage schedule risk, critical paths and dependencies across complex, multi‑discipline projects
  • Use SAP to track progress, materials, production milestones and performance
  • Provide clear schedule reporting, forecasts and insights to support decision‑making
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning standards, tools and processes

  • Proven experience as a Project Scheduler / Planner within large, complex engineering or manufacturing projects
  • Strong, hands‑on experience with MS Project
  • Working knowledge of SAP within a project or manufacturing environment
  • Comfortable managing projects with many interdependencies, long lead items and competing priorities
  • Confident communicator who can challenge constructively and influence stakeholders
  • A structured, detail‑driven mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture
