What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of the shift and drive performance and engagement across your team
  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver operational excellence
  • Ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on time
  • Adapt quickly by reallocating resources to meet changing demands
  • Collaborate with fellow Team Leaders and management to achieve wider goals
  • Monitor performance and complete clear, accurate daily reports
  • Maintain high service standards in a time‑critical environment
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork
