We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented Office Manager & Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day running of the business.
The Role
This is a finance-led role with office management responsibilities, ideal for someone confident in taking ownership of bookkeeping processes while ensuring the office operates efficiently.
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting cash flow management, and keeping internal operations running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with senior management and external accountants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including purchase and sales ledger
- Process invoices, expenses, and supplier payments accurately and on time
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial records are up to date
- Assist with payroll preparation and liaise with external accountants
- Support monthly reporting, budget tracking, and cash flow visibility
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready financial documentation
- Office Management & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies and facilities, deliveries acceptance
- Maintain organised filing systems and internal records
- Act as a key point of contact for staff, suppliers, and visitors
- Support event teams with administrative coordination where required
- Identify and implement improvements to office systems and processes
- Team Support
- Work closely with operations, sales, and finance teams
- Support internal communication and coordination
- Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
Essential
- Strong bookkeeping experience (minimum 3 years) - This is critical
- AAT Level 3 (or higher), or equivalent accounting knowledge
- Experience using accounting software (e. g. Xero, Quick Books)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
- Confident with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- Experience in events, hospitality, or creative industries
- Experience in a nightclub, late bar, or live events venue
- Experience supporting finance in a small or growing business
- Salary & Benefits
- £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
