We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join our growing management team and help lead one of the busiest late-night bar operations in the capital.
You
- Are passionate about the drinks, hospitality and music industries.
- Have proven experience leading, developing and motivating large bar teams.
- Have an eye for talent and recruit people who thrive in a fast-paced late-night environment.
- Have experience increasing wet sales, managing stock control and implementing systems that improve efficiency and profitability.
- Have experience in high-volume bars or nightclubs.
- Hold a Personal Licence.
- Are highly organised, commercially aware and lead by example.

The Role
- Lead and develop the bar team across all venue operations.
- Drive wet sales and maximise bar profitability.
