A well-established and growing B2B energy supplier is expanding its broker channel β€” and they're looking for a commercially sharp TPI Business Development Manager to help drive it forward. This is a genuine relationship-led BDM role. You'll be handed a portfolio of brokers from day one and given the freedom to bring your existing TPI relationships across. If you've built a strong network in the energy broker space, this is the role that lets you monetise it.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning and growing a portfolio of TPI and broker relationships across SME and mid-market B2B customers
  • Developing new broker partnerships and maximising revenue from existing ones
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and commercially competitive TPI experience
  • Managing your pipeline, reporting on opportunities, and driving consistent deal flow
  • Getting face time with brokers when it matters β€” travel included

What we're looking for:

  • Proven background in TPI/broker energy sales or business development
  • Strong existing relationships in the energy broker market (highly desirable)
  • Track record of hitting targets in a B2B energy environment
  • Confident, credible communicator β€” comfortable at all levels
  • Self-motivated and commercially driven β€” you manage your own patch

The package:

  • Remote β€” with broker travel as needed
  • London HQ team days x2 per quarter
  • Β£50–60k base | 30% commission OTE
