Salesforce Architect Opportunity – Contract
Location: Remote

We’re seeking a Salesforce Architect to play a pivotal role in the reshaping of a high-impact project.
If you’re a certified Salesforce expert with a deep understanding of both Core Salesforce (Sales & Service Cloud) and Energy & Utilities Cloud, this is your chance to make an immediate and lasting impact on a challenging but rewarding initiative.
The Role
As a Salesforce Architect, you’ll:
- Lead the design and architecture within Salesforce, providing clarity and direction in a complex environment.
- Ensure documentation, evaluate trade-offs, and facilitate high-level decision-making.
- Bring stability and context awareness to an evolving and demanding project landscape.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Centre of Excellence and seamlessly integrate into the ongoing reshaping efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Redesign the Salesforce architecture for a program in need of significant improvement.
- Provide expertise on Salesforce CPQ, Energy & Utilities Cloud, and integrations with platforms like Azure (APIM, Service Bus, Function Apps, etc.).
- Navigate constraints in timelines, resources, and ways of working, ensuring effective delivery.
- Address gaps in traceability, business process alignment, and design consistency.
- Align architecture across internal projects and industry change.
About You
- Certified Salesforce Architect
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and Energy & Utilities Cloud.
- Strong understanding of the Energy, Utilities, and Retail landscapes.
- Experienced in documentation, trade-off analysis, and leadership in architectural decisions.
- Proven ability to thrive in complex, high-pressure environments.
- Desirable knowledge of:
- Azure integration services (APIM, Service Bus, Function Apps, etc.).
- Pricing services.
- Ancillary apps like industry-specific billing systems and familiarity with energy trading.
