E1 Partners is recruiting on behalf of a leading energy supplier for an outbound, relationship-driven sales professional to join their TPI Sales team. This is a hands-on sales role focused on building broker relationships, winning new business, and driving revenue through high activity and consistent engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of TPI / broker relationships
- Drive outbound activity through calls, meetings, and events
- Win new business and grow market share via the broker channel
- Manage fixed energy tenders from enquiry to deal acceptance
- Price and structure deals in line with commercial objectives
- Work closely with Trading, Operations, and Support teams
- Represent the business professionally in the broker market
Experience / Background
- Previous experience in a sales role
- Experience working with brokers / intermediaries highly desirable
- Knowledge of the UK energy market advantageous but not essential
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel)
