E1 Partners is recruiting on behalf of a well-established energy company, who are looking for an experienced sales leader to head up their Corporate Sales / Key Account Management function.
You’ll manage a team of Senior Business Development Managers, drive growth in the corporate sector, build strong relationships with end users and TPI partners, and ensure commercial governance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of SBDMs
- Drive growth across the corporate customer portfolio
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with end users & TPIs
- Oversee commercial performance, P&L impact and operational risk
- Support the introduction of new products and services
- Produce KPI reporting and manage budgets
- Proven experience in high-level sales leadership
- Strong background in Key Account Management
- Experience in the gas/electricity market (essential)
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Confident managing sales targets, performance and strategy
This role offers Hybrid working, the office is based in North London. Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 plus 60%+ bonuses based on Team performance.
