E1 Partners is recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of a well-established Energy Supplier who is seeking experienced Project Managers with a background in the energy sector (Supplier) and experience working on Technology projects.
As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and delivering projects within a large transformation programme, including the implementation of a new CRM, customer portal, customer journey, and industry-specific projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing solutions proactively.
- Communicate effectively with senior management and team members to provide regular updates on project status.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices across project delivery, ensuring a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- 1-4 years of project management experience, ideally within the B2C or B2B energy sector (Electricity and Gas).
- Previous experience working on Technology projects, e.g. CRM, digital portals, system implementations, and data migrations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments.
- A results-driven, problem-solving approach, with a proactive mindset and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
