E1 Partners is currently supporting a leading UK energy business in the search for a Head of IT to lead their technology function and deliver their long-term technology strategy. This role will oversee Software Development, Business Intelligence, IT Operations, Business Change, and Project Delivery, ensuring a secure and high-performing Microsoft Azure-based technology platform that supports business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing software development and application architecture
- Leading IT operations, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365 services
- Driving data strategy and business intelligence capability
- Delivering technology-led change and transformation programmes
- Managing IT budgets, suppliers, and a high-performing technology team

Experience Required:
