E1 Partners are recruiting on behalf of a leading energy client for an HR Advisor to join a growing, values-driven business. This is a visible, hands-on generalist role supporting day-to-day HR operations and providing first-line HR advice across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in payroll and benefits administration, employee lifecycle management, and people initiatives that support a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- First-line HR advice to employees and line managers
- HR administration and HRIS management
- End-to-end payroll preparation and coordination
- Benefits and pension administration
- Supporting performance, probation, and development processes
- Assisting with employee relations casework and HR projects
- Coordinating onboarding and training activities
About you:
- Experience in a generalist HR Coordinator or HR Advisor role
- Payroll and benefits administration experience
- Good knowledge of UK employment law
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Confident communicator able to build strong relationships
