Senior Business Analyst (ETRM)

E1 Partners are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to join a Leading Energy Company.

In this role, you will lead the analysis and implementation of risk transformation requirements, develop strategies, gather and document user requirements, and implement solutions to meet transformation goals. By collaborating with stakeholders, you will prioritise requirements, ensure readiness for process changes and new platforms, and provide training and support to the Risk group.

Skills/experience required:

  • Substantial experience in the energy sector with experience in producing functional analyses for Trading Operations;
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar Business Analyst role with direct exposure to ETRM processes;
  • Applied technical understanding of new data-centric solutions based on Power BI, Python, Azure, and SQL;
  • Experience sharing ideas and best practices to Risk policies, framework, and reporting metrics;
  • ETRM expertise, preferably based on Allegro or Endur, with an applied understanding of deal lifecycle and risk management processes.
