Direct Sales Manager

E1 Partners is recruiting for a Direct Sales Manager on behalf of a well-established and leading B2B Energy supplier. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, leading, and building a high-performing team of Corporate BDMs.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in building a strategically important channel that supports our long-term business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and scale a high-performing new business sales team.
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your team, setting clear targets and KPIs for success.
- Design and manage incentive programs to reward and motivate outstanding performance.
- Oversee daily operations, using data and metrics to track and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams to refine value propositions and expand opportunities.
- Act as a point of escalation, ensuring exceptional customer interactions.
Experience required:
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong sales track record, ideally with experience onboarding new energy customers.
- Knowledge of the UK energy market, particularly in the I&C sector, is preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external clients.
- Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools.
What They Offer: We Offer
- Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 (DOE)
- Commission: £50,000 OTE
