E1 is recruiting a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join a growing and independent B2B energy supply business. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key business customers from onboarding through to renewal. You will be the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at every stage and working closely with internal teams to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, handling all queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all accounts are up to date and running efficiently, including payments, meter data, and customer information.
- Manage invoice production and validation, including bespoke billing where required.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively monitor account activity and anticipate customer needs.
About You
- Previous experience managing customer accounts, ideally in the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of commercial energy supply contracts is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills β both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data and performing basic analysis.
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
