Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from existing customers.
- Take ownership of customer problems, solve at first point of contact and escalate when required.
- Use a range of techniques to engage and build relationships quickly, often with vulnerable customers.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of systems and processes to ensure accurate recording of customer queries.
- Advise customers in line with industry regulations.
