The Role

Reporting directly to our Head of Paid Media and working collaboratively with the Managing Director, you will take ownership of strategy, execution, and optimisation for our clients’ paid portfolios. While you’ll have your hands across multiple platforms, your true superpower will be unleashing the full potential of Meta Ads for e-commerce brands. This isn't a "set and forget" role. You’ll be diving deep into data, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools, and ensuring our clients' creatives look flawless and convert like crazy.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving Performance: Strategy, setup, management, and scaling of high-performing paid advertising campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on Meta Ads.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborating with design elements, bringing a sharp eye for visual aesthetics to ensure ad creatives are engaging, on-brand, and optimised for conversions.
  • Deep-Dive Analytics: Moving far beyond basic platform metrics to uncover true business impact using advanced attribution and analytics tools.
