Salary: £29,156.40 | Location: Northamptonshire (home‑based with travel supporting teams across Northamptonshire). We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Community Manager to join our vibrant team. If you are a natural leader with a passion for empowering communities, thrive in dynamic environments, and excel at making a real difference, this is the role for you.
As a Community Manager, you will lead and develop our specialist advocates delivering contracts in these areas. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with vulnerable adults, often with profound and multiple needs.
- Ensuring clients' voices are heard and they are involved in decisions affecting their lives.
- Fostering strong partnerships with colleagues, clients, and professionals to provide high‑quality support and guidance.
- Handling sensitive information, demonstrating inspiring leadership, and managing time effectively.
Hours of Work: Part‑time: 33.3 hours per week between Monday to Friday 9am‑5pm. Location: Home based with travel around North and West Northampton and the surrounding area. Applicants must have a full driver’s licence and access to their own transport.
Salary: Starting Salary £29,156.40 (full‑time salary equivalent £32,396.00 per annum). Contract Type: Permanent.
Community Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience in advocacy, information, and advice within health, social care, secure, or voluntary settings.
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently and confidently on behalf of others.
- Full driver’s licence with access to own transport (travel expenses covered).
