**Key Responsibilities:**
– Respond to windscreen repairs and replacements and all types of glass replacement services (no HGV)
– Assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods.
– Install and replace windscreens using industry-standard techniques and tools.
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
– Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
– Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

**Requirements:**
– Previous experience in windscreen repair and replacement or a related field preferred.
– Relevant certifications or training in automotive glass repair.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Valid driver\’s license and a clean driving record.
