Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for customers – existing and potential, across the North of England, Ireland and Scotland.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities in the North region, developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve frequent travel within the designated region and collaboration with internal teams to drive business growth.
**Please note we are only accepting applicants based in the North of the UK due to the nature of the role (candidates living in the North Midlands, North East and North West regions will be considered**
Requirements:
- Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
- Technical qualification in an Electrical / Electronic discipline / demonstrable hands-on technical experience (apprenticeship)
- Experience in developing and winning new business in line with the sales strategy
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and understand customer applications to provide a consultative sales approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the following markets: Transport, Automation, Process & Control, Marine
- Above all we are looking for a positive can-do attitude, with the tenacity and enthusiasm to develop business
Package:
