e.surv Chartered Surveyors is the UKs leading residential surveying and property risk expert. Trading since 1989, we complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors nationwide. We are part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group, alongside brands such as Your Move, Reeds Rains and PRIMIS.

We are now looking for a Strategic Relationship Manager (SRM) to work within the Business Development Team owning and developing key lender relationships while identifying and converting new strategic opportunities. This role will specialise in Building Society Relationships.

As a Strategic Relationship Manager, you will proactively manage key client accounts and drive growth across both existing and new relationships. You will act as a trusted partner and product ambassador, working collaboratively across e.surv and the wider LSL Group to deliver value, innovation and commercial success. This is a remote based role with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and maintaining strategic account plans for assigned clients
  • Building and sustaining senior-level relationships with key decision-makers
